What is the typical duration of the recruitment process?
We start with a full briefing to understand your role, team and culture. From there we run a targeted search and headhunting campaign, screen all candidates thoroughly, and present a focused shortlist. We support you through interviews, offer and acceptance.
Can you customise your approach for our needs?
Yes. We offer both contingency and retained search models depending on the role, seniority and urgency. We'll recommend the right approach during our initial conversation.
Do you recruit for AI and machine learning roles?
Yes. AI & ML is one of our core specialisms. We recruit ML engineers, data scientists, NLP and computer vision specialists, MLOps engineers, AI product managers and more. It's a fast-moving market and we know where the talent is.

What should I expect after submitting my CV?
We'll review your CV and reach out within one working day. If there's a strong match we'll arrange a call to discuss it in detail. If not, we'll keep your details on file and contact you when a suitable opportunity arises.
Do you charge candidates a fee?
Never. Our service is completely free for candidates. We are paid by the employer when a successful placement is made.
Will I receive feedback if unsuccessful?
We always aim to provide meaningful feedback. Unlike many agencies, we believe candidates deserve honest responses, not silence.
Do you give back to charity?
Yes. A portion of every placement fee goes to charitable causes around the world. When your career move helps fund something meaningful beyond the hire, that matters to us.
