Role Overview
You will work across OT security programmes, advise clients and provide specialist direction to technical teams delivering practical security improvements.
The role combines deep technical knowledge with the ability to explain risk clearly, work across complex industrial environments and align security requirements with operational needs.

Key Areas of the Role
- Manage OT security engagements from initial discovery through implementation and assurance
- Assess industrial environments to identify security risks and improvement priorities
- Develop security strategies, roadmaps and controls that reflect operational requirements
- Facilitate workshops with engineering, technology and business stakeholders
- Advise senior stakeholders on technical risk and appropriate mitigation
- Oversee delivery quality and contribute to effective programme governance
- Mentor colleagues and develop technical capability across teams
- Contribute to proposals, service development and client relationships
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Extensive experience in OT, industrial control systems or critical infrastructure security
- Experience managing complex security programmes within industrial or regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of industrial control technologies and associated security challenges
- Knowledge of relevant OT security standards and regulatory requirements
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear, practical recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- Experience providing technical guidance and developing others
- Commercial awareness and experience contributing to business opportunities
Desirable
- Relevant cybersecurity or industrial security certifications
- Experience applying recognised industrial security frameworks, including IEC 62443
- Background in critical infrastructure, manufacturing, energy or other operationally sensitive environments
- Experience across both security advisory work and technical implementation
Working Arrangements
The position involves travel to client sites across the UK and regular attendance in London.
