3R Global Talent is supporting a UAE-based organisation seeking a Supply Chain Planner to coordinate purchasing, inventory and logistics activities.
This role brings together demand planning, supplier communication and stock management. You’ll help ensure materials and products are available when needed, identify potential delays and support informed purchasing decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supply Chain & Demand Planning
- Review demand patterns, stock movements and operational requirements to support purchasing plans.
- Help maintain appropriate inventory levels while reducing unnecessary stockholding.
- Identify potential supply shortages or delays and coordinate suitable solutions.
Procurement & Supplier Coordination
- Prepare, monitor and follow up on purchase orders.
- Communicate with local and international suppliers regarding availability, pricing, lead times and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and support effective supplier relationships.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment requirements and inventory movements.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Support stock reconciliation and inventory reporting.
Logistics & Shipment Coordination
- Coordinate with freight providers and logistics partners to support timely deliveries.
- Monitor inbound shipments and assist with relevant import and shipping documentation.
- Communicate shipment updates and help resolve delivery issues.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate supply chain information using spreadsheets and business systems.
- Prepare reports covering stock, purchasing activity and delivery performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning, communication and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in people who can combine practical supply chain knowledge with good organisation and clear communication.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Relevant experience in supply chain planning, procurement, inventory control or logistics coordination.
- Understanding of purchase orders, stock replenishment and supplier lead times.
- Ability to organise competing priorities and follow activities through to completion.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting and working with data.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with different teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within the UAE or a similar international supply chain environment.
- Exposure to import/export processes, freight coordination or shipping documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems, such as Odoo.
- Experience supporting demand forecasting, inventory reconciliation or purchasing analysis.
